10.          The MCDC will now hold a closed Executive Session meeting, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, in accordance with the authority contained in:

1.            Section 551.071(2) – Consultation with Attorney on any Special or Regular Session agenda item requiring confidential, attorney/client advice necessitated by the deliberation or discussion of said items (as needed)

2.            Section 551.087 – Deliberation regarding Economic Development negotiations – Project #A-45-Gateway Town Center

3.            Section 551.074 – Discuss personnel matters

11.          The MCDC will now reconvene into Regular Session, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, to take any action necessary regarding the following:

1.                 Section 551.071(2) – Consultation with Attorney on any Special or Regular Session agenda item requiring confidential, attorney/client advice necessitated by the deliberation or discussion of said items (as needed)
