4.                 Update on Application #08-03 - $300,000 for construction of a meeting hall and maintenance structure

5.                 Update on Application #08-02 - $92,387 for roof replacement and exterior painting of Heard-Craig Hall, wood replacement and painting on Heard-Craig House, and foundation leveling and second floor reinforcement columns on the Carriage House

6.                 Conduct a Public Hearing to discuss/consider and act on Application    #09-02 as submitted by Home Energy Americas, LLC, requesting twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for demonstration trailer for energy conservation

7.                 Discuss and consider Executive Directors report on existing projects or new project applications, legislative initiatives and MCDC events

8.                 Discuss and consider the selling of bonds for MCDC projects

10.            The MCDC will now hold a closed Executive Session meeting, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, in accordance with the authority contained in:

1.          Section 551.087 – Deliberation regarding Economic Development

    Negotiations – Gateway Project

11.            The MCDC will now reconvene into regular Session, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas government code, to take any action necessary regarding the following:

13.            Adjourn
