7. Discuss/consider and act on a lease agreement for the Dr. Pepper StarCenter McKinney at Craig Ranch between City of McKinney and MCDC.

10. The MCDC will now hold a closed Executive Session meeting, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, in accordance with the authority contained in:

11. The MCDC will now reconvene into Regular Session, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, to take any action necessary regarding the following:
