MCDC Special Board Meeting

1.         Call Special Board Meeting to Order

 

2.         The MCDC will now hold a closed Executive Session meeting, pursuant to the

            provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, in accordance with the

            authority contained in:

·        Section  551.071(2) – Consultation with attorney on any Special or Regular Session agenda item requiring confidential, attorney/client advice necessitated by the deliberation or discussion of said items (as needed)

·        Section 551.087 – Deliberation regarding Economic Development Negotiations

·        Gateway Town Center project

 

3.         The MCDC will now reconvene into Regular Session, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, to take any action necessary regarding the following:

·        Section 551.071(2) – Consultation with attorney on any Special or Regular Session agenda item requiring confidential, attorney/client advice necessitated by the deliberation or discussion of said items (as needed)

·        Section 551.087 – Deliberation  regarding Economic Development Negotiations

§  Gateway Town Center project

 

4.         Discuss, consider and act on the selection of the 2010 Quality of Life award recipient

 

5.         Report on existing projects or new project applications, legislative initiatives and upcoming events

 

6.         Adjourn
