1.            Call Regular Board Meeting to Order

2.            Executive Session:  The MCDC will hold a closed Executive Session meeting pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551 of the Texas government code, in accordance with the authority contained in:

Section 551.074      Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation,

                                    Reassignment, duties, disciplines, or dismissal of the

                                    Executive Director.

3.            Reconvene into Regular Session:  The MCDC will reconvene into Regular Session, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to take any action necessary regarding:

Section 551.074      Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation,

                                    Reassignment, duties, disciplines, or dismissal of the

                                    Executive Director.

4.            Adjourn

Posted in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, on the 30^th day of November, 2009 at or before 5:00 P.M.
