1.            Call Regular Board Meeting to Order

 

2.            Discuss/Consider and  Act on Board Minutes

·        October 15, 2009

·        November 3, 2009

 

3.             Review of Financial Report:  Jason Weeks

·        September, 2009

 

4.            Conduct a public hearing to discuss/consider and act on Application     #09-12  as submitted by City of McKinney Public Works department requesting sixty-five thousand four hundred ninety-one dollars and eight cents ($65,491.08) for CCART shelters and benches

·        Hal Cranor – Director of Public Works

·        Paul Sparkman – Superintendant-Streets department

 

5.            Conduct a public hearing to discuss/consider and act on Application     #09-11 as submitted by City of McKinney Parks, Recreation and Open Space department requesting two million, four hundred forty thousand dollars ($2,440,000) for expenses related to park improvement and expansion

·        Lemuel Randolph – Parks and Recreation Director

·        Steve Brainerd – Parks Development Superintendant

 

6.            Report of meetings, events of other Boards/Entities by Liaisons:
