MCDC Special Board Meeting

1.         Call Special Board Meeting to Order

2.         Discuss/consider and possible action on the selection of an executive search service to facilitate the hiring of a new Executive Director

3.         The MCDC will now hold a closed Executive Session meeting, pursuant to the

            Provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, in accordance with the

            authority contained in:

·        Section 551.074 – Discuss personnel matters

§  Administrative Assistant salary

4.         The MCDC will now reconvene into regular Session, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, to take any action necessary regarding the following:
